How much is a chimney sweeping?

We typically charge $250 for a sweep of a fireplace, wood stove, pellet stove, or heating flue with an inspection of the chimney system. In addition to the sweeping, we'll also put a ladder up and inspect the chimney for any structural or safety issues. Anything we come across we'll document with pictures so you can see exactly what's going on and what you might expect down the road. If we come out and it turns out that the system does not need to be swept and only an inspection is necessary, our inspection fee is $150. Upon completing the inspection and/or sweeping, you will receive an inspection report detailing the chimneys condition and what areas might need to be addressed or improved.
