FlashSeal is a versatile and durable flashing repair that, when dry, forms a flexible, waterproof membrane over the existing chimney flashing. It's formulated for permanent adhesion to asphalt shingles, metal flashings, brick, tar, and other chimney and roofing materials. FlashSeal is incredibly effective in stopping small, hard to find leaks that originate from around a chimney's existing flashing.

Please note, Chimney Pros only recommends this repair option if your existing roof shingles are in satisfactory condition and do not need replacing within the next few years. If you plan on replacing your roof shingles, we do not recommend this repair option as the removal of the existing roof shingles will also remove the FlashSeal product.
